You will drive operational efficiency and scalability by owning the administration and integration of core systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, and advanced AI automation), ensuring seamless data flow and process excellence across Marketing, Sales, and SDR functions. Your work will directly translate into improved workflow accuracy, velocity, and measurable revenue performance.You will:Own Papaya’s inbound marketing automation end-to-end — HubSpot workflows, nurture sequences, lead scoring, and lifecycle stage management — continuously improving the processes that take a lead from first touch to booked meetingOwn the lead-to-meeting handoff process — the critical junction between marketing and sales where speed and data quality directly determine pipeline conversion. Monitor conversion rates daily and improve themMaintain data integrity across HubSpot and Salesforce — deduplication, field standardisation, enrichment, lead routing, and lifecycle accuracySupport the SDR organisation operationally — tooling access, sequence...
