Role responsibilities

The Chief of Staff will own internal studio operations and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and CIO. They will work directly with NewCo CEOs to establish and run early operations for new portfolio companies.

Requirements

Candidates should have 3-7 years of experience in banking, consulting, or operations within fast-moving companies. They must be AI-native, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate exceptional communication abilities.
