Accountabilities

    • Lead, grow, and mentor the integrations engineering team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development.
    • Manage team capacity planning, task prioritization, project execution, and delivery timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, team meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing support to engineering managers and technical leads.
    • Oversee engineering standards, code quality, architecture reviews, release approvals, and technical decision-making across integration projects.
    • Guide the design and implementation of secure, scalable distributed systems that process sensitive financial and personally identifiable information (PII).
    • Ensure infrastructure, security, and compliance practices align with industry standards and support highly reliable production environments.
    • Drive the implementation of observability, monitoring, and data quality systems to maintain platform accuracy and reliability.
    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions and represent the engineering organization in customer-facing technical discussions.
    • Identify operational bottlenecks, track engineering metrics, and continuously improve development processes and team effectiveness.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Aviation Technology, or another related technical discipline.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, Backend Developer, or in a related engineering role, with demonstrated engineering leadership experience.
      • Strong expertise in Python development, distributed backend systems, API architecture, performance optimization, relational databases, and cloud platform deployment.
      • Experience designing secure, authorized data extraction systems, API integrations, browser automation, reverse engineering techniques, and anti-automation mitigation within compliant environments.
      • Proven experience working with sensitive financial data and implementing secure coding practices and PII compliance frameworks.
      • Hands-on knowledge of observability platforms, production monitoring, data quality validation, and alerting systems.
      • Experience implementing data verification techniques, including heuristic or statistical approaches for validating financial information across multiple sources.
      • Strong background leading complex technical projects from architecture through deployment.
      • Demonstrated ability to establish engineering standards, development best practices, code review processes, and technical governance.
      • Experience conducting technical interviews, mentoring engineers, and building high-performing engineering teams.
      • Familiarity with Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP), LLM-based autonomous agents, and AI-powered workflows for data processing is highly desirable.
      • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to align technical solutions with business priorities.
