Accountabilities
- Partner with business leaders to ensure workforce effectiveness and alignment between employee performance and strategic business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth, organizational priorities, and employee engagement.
- Manage workforce planning and staffing activities, ensuring teams have the right talent, structure, and capabilities to achieve business goals.
- Support the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, succession planning, and offboarding processes.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives by creating a positive work environment and supporting long-term employee growth.
- Implement and maintain HR processes, policies, and practices while ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor key HR metrics including employee engagement, turnover, workforce efficiency, and satisfaction levels to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with managers and employees to improve the effectiveness and perception of HR support across the business unit.
- Manage HR-related projects and initiatives, balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business and people decisions.
- 4+ years of successful experience in a similar HR Business Partner or HR Director role within an international digital, technology, product, or fast-growing company.
- Strong experience implementing and managing employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, learning and development, succession planning, performance management, and employee transitions.
- Proven ability to manage and analyze HR metrics such as payroll budgets, employee engagement, retention, turnover, and workforce efficiency.
- Experience using compensation and benefits data to support business decisions and improve employee experience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to make decisions based on data, measurable outcomes, and organizational goals.
- Highly resilient and adaptable, with the ability to navigate uncertainty, complexity, and changing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with managers and employees at all levels.
- Results-driven mindset with strong ownership, persistence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent written and spoken Russian and English skills are required.
