Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingnessto develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical useEducationMinimum of Undergraduate / First Level degree (or equivalent) ResponsibilitiesThe Associate - Relationship Management works closely with experienced Relationship Managers to increase mandates and revenue in their assigned regions/lines of business.Support portfolios of new and existing customers across the EMEA regionProvide crucial sales support to ensure premium customer service deliveryPrepare materials for customer meetings and support with meeting follow ups.Complete sales process admin in SalesforceResearch and market intelligenceSupport promotion of Moody’s offerings and thought leadership in the sustainable finance market and other evolving risk areasProvide event/conference support and assist with marketing initiatives and outreachDirect customer interactionWork closely with key internal stakeholders e.g. Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Billing/Collections teamActively contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives/campaignsSupport and train other team members and new joinersAbout The TeamThe Relationship Management Associate team is part of the Relationship Management team within Commercial, operating from both Vilnius and London.
