Accountabilities:
- Lead or support the implementation of Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions across clients of varying size and complexity.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional Workday configurations aligned with customer needs.
- Configure and maintain Workday components including Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Eligibility Rules, and Accruals.
- Participate in system design, prototyping, testing, and deployment activities across the project lifecycle.
- Build and support reports, calculated fields, EIBs, and business processes within Workday.
- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure successful solution adoption and high-quality delivery outcomes.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support escalation handling and, at senior levels, guide junior consultants and assist in team development.
- Assist in project scoping and pre-sales activities where applicable, leveraging Workday expertise.
- Workday Time Tracking and Workday Absence certifications are required.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions.
- Experience gathering requirements, designing, configuring, and testing Workday HCM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Workday configuration areas including time entry, absence plans, accruals, and related business processes.
- Experience working with calculated fields, custom reports, and EIBs.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams and adapting to different client environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 25–45% when required.
