Accountabilities:

    The Technical Solutions Engineering Manager will oversee the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications, software solutions, and integrations while leading a high-performing engineering team. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, technical expertise, operational management, and customer collaboration.

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers by establishing strong engineering practices, providing career guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
    • Partner with leadership to support hiring strategies, team structure planning, and long-term organizational development.
    • Manage end-to-end project delivery by defining scope, timelines, milestones, success metrics, and execution plans across multiple initiatives.
    • Translate evolving business requirements into clear technical solutions while ensuring alignment between product goals, engineering capabilities, and customer needs.
    • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and integrations.
    • Provide hands-on technical leadership for complex projects, including architecture discussions, implementation guidance, troubleshooting, and technical decision-making.
    • Drive operational excellence through reporting, dashboards, documentation standards, delivery tracking, resource planning, and risk management.
    • Monitor project health, delivery performance, SLA adherence, and operational trends while communicating progress and risks to leadership.
    • Remove technical and operational blockers to help teams deliver efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
    • Leverage advanced AI tools and workflows to improve productivity, automate processes, and support technical decision-making across projects.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software development, technical delivery, and team management. They should be comfortable operating as both a people leader and a hands-on technical contributor.

      • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, software delivery, or related technical roles, including 4+ years managing engineering teams.
      • Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex software projects in fast-paced environments.
      • Strong understanding of modern software architecture, system design principles, and scalable application development.
      • Experience working with cloud environments, preferably AWS, and familiarity with modern development practices.
      • Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and engineering best practices.
      • Ability to operate as both an individual contributor and a technical mentor who guides teams through complex challenges.
      • Advanced proficiency with AI tools, including experience using Claude or similar AI platforms for prompt engineering, workflow optimization, automation, and technical problem-solving.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business objectives into effective technical solutions.
      • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership abilities with experience presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
      • Experience hiring, coaching, mentoring, and managing the performance of software engineers.
