Job Description

We are hiring an experienced sales specialist to drive growth of Sprinklr’s Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and AI solutions across APAC.

This is a specialist overlay role partnering with Account Executives to originate, shape, and close complex enterprise deals. The role owns CCaaS solution strategy, pipeline creation, and deal execution across both existing customers and new logos.

What You’ll Do

  • Own CCaaS Sales Across Territory
    • Drive net-new revenue for Sprinklr’s CCaaS and AI solutions across assigned APAC markets
    • Identify, shape, and close large, complex enterprise deals
    • Act as the specialist sales lead for all CCaaS opportunities
  • Partner with Core Sales Team
    • Work closely with AEs and sales leaders to progress and close strategic deals
    • Support a targeted set of high-value accounts to expand CCaaS footprint
    • Influence account strategy and deal positioning early in the sales cycle
  • Build and Execute Pipeline
    • Create pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals
    • Drive both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
    • Engage senior stakeholders including CMOs, CTOs, and Heads of CX
  • Lead Solution Selling for AI + CCaaS
    • Position Sprinklr’s AI-powered CCaaS capabilities, including:
      • Conversational AI (voice and chat automation)
      • Agent Assist and Copilot
      • Smart routing and AI-driven orchestration
      • Generative AI use cases across customer experience
    • Align solutions to customer outcomes and business impact
  • Act as AI and CCaaS SME
    • Evangelise Sprinklr’s AI capabilities across customers and internally
    • Stay current on market trends, competitors, and CX transformation
    • Provide thought leadership in customer experience and contact centre innovation
  • Build Partner Ecosystem
    • Identify and collaborate with CCaaS-focused partners and alliances
    • Work with internal alliances teams to drive joint opportunities
    • Leverage partners to accelerate deal cycles and expand reach

Who You Are

  • Proven enterprise sales professional with consistent top-tier performance
  • Strong experience selling complex SaaS solutions into large enterprises
  • Demonstrated success closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Skilled in influencing senior decision-makers and building executive relationships
  • Comfortable operating as a specialist overlay in a matrixed sales environment
  • Strong understanding of customer experience, contact centre, or AI-led transformation
  • Highly proactive in building pipeline and driving opportunities independently
  • Curious, commercially sharp, and able to position value in competitive situations

Experience

  • 8+ years enterprise software sales experience
  • Experience in CCaaS, CX, AI, or adjacent enterprise platforms preferred
  • Track record of closing complex, multi-million dollar deals
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, alliances, and technical teams

Success Profile

  • Consistently generates and closes net-new CCaaS revenue
  • Drives measurable expansion within existing enterprise accounts
  • Acts as the go-to specialist for CCaaS and AI opportunities
  • Influences deal strategy and improves win rates across the region
  • Builds strong internal and external partnerships to accelerate growth
