Accountabilities:

    • Manage and support revenue cycle workflows for a portfolio of multi-site dental clients, ensuring efficient billing, claims, and payment processes.
    • Review, manage, and resolve insurance claim issues, denials, and claim adjudication challenges based on client needs.
    • Apply dental revenue cycle best practices to optimize account management and improve insurance collections.
    • Provide expert-level customer support by maintaining strong communication and demonstrating knowledge of dental billing workflows.
    • Identify operational challenges, improvement opportunities, and process gaps, documenting findings and escalating them to leadership when needed.
    • Maintain client relationships by meeting service expectations and supporting long-term client retention.
    • Follow strict confidentiality standards and comply with HIPAA and PHI regulations when handling sensitive patient information.
    • Participate in scheduled team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and other assigned responsibilities to support team and client goals.
    • Requirements:

      • Must have professional dental billing experience, including knowledge of dental claims, insurance processes, and revenue cycle management.
      • Minimum of two years of dental industry experience, with experience in dental claims management, billing processes, insurance verification, or dental front office operations preferred.
      • Full daytime availability required, with the ability to work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.
      • Experience managing insurance aging reports, posting insurance payments, handling adjustments and write-offs, and submitting electronic claims with attachments is highly valued.
      • Familiarity with dental practice management software; experience with AxiUm PMS is a strong advantage.
      • Knowledge of Denti-Cal processes is preferred.
      • Strong professionalism, attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
      • Ability to learn new systems and software while adapting to the needs of different dental practices.
      • Comfortable working remotely and participating in video meetings using a webcam.
