Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will assume part of the duties for Income Audit and Receiving. As an Accountant, you’re not just supporting the General Cashier – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: Support monthly financial reports and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Compliance & Tax Filing: Ensure adherence to accounting policies, SOPs, and timely tax submissions.
- General Ledger Support: Adjust ledger accounts and maintain supporting documentation.
- Administrative Support: Handle routine finance tasks and assist senior accountants as needed.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years in accounting, preferably in hospitality
- Proficient in accounting software, Excel, and hotel systems (e.g., OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK)
- Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and deadline-driven
- Fluent in English; strong cross-department collaboration
- Trustworthy, self-motivated, and able to work independently
