Your Responsibilities:
- To make a positive impression as the representative and first point of contact for our guests
- To respond to and forward our guests’ requests and inquiries by phone and email
- Provide recommendations about our hotel and the surrounding area
- Accept bookings and forward reservation requests for our restaurants
- Receive and forward our guests’ special requests to the appropriate departments
- Handle internal and external mail
- Work closely with all departments within the hotel
- Receive and confidently handle guest complaints
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive guest information
What We Expect From You
- A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a positive demeanor
- High level of commitment and ability to work independently
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Polite manners
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
The following skills and additional qualifications would be an asset for this position:
- Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry
A pleasant, calm speaking voice over the phone
