About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified sales opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
This is a fast-paced, phone-first sales role where you’ll engage prospects through calls, email, and text messaging, identify qualified opportunities, and help build a healthy sales pipeline. Success in this role comes from persistence, strong communication skills, and the ability to consistently achieve outreach goals.

What You’ll Own
Outbound Prospecting
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and text messaging.
- Identify and engage prospective candidates and leads across assigned campaigns.
- Build rapport quickly and maintain professional conversations.
- Follow structured outreach cadences and prospecting workflows.
- Consistently achieve daily outreach activity goals.
Lead Qualification
- Qualify prospects based on predefined campaign criteria.
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit and interest.
- Gather relevant information and determine next steps.
- Advance qualified prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Deliver a professional and positive prospect experience.
Inbound Lead Follow-Up
- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through job postings and marketing efforts.
- Conduct qualification conversations and identify next steps.
- Maintain ongoing communication until a clear outcome is reached.
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions.
- Log calls, emails, texts, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Keep pipeline stages updated and organized.
- Support reporting through accurate activity tracking.
- Maintain clean and reliable CRM data.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate qualified lead handoffs to recruiting teams or sales leadership.
- Share prospect insights and relevant information with internal stakeholders.
- Participate in coaching sessions, training, and team meetings.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach performance.
Performance & Target Achievement
- Meet daily and weekly outbound activity targets.
