Accountabilities:
- Complete comprehensive CRM field technical training, including online and hands-on learning programs.
- Provide technical support for cardiac rhythm management systems, including device checks, interrogations, troubleshooting, and post-implant support after certification.
- Support physicians and hospital teams during clinical procedures and provide on-call assistance when required.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient registration, hospital documentation, and operational processes.
- Assist with inventory management, including consignment and field inventory support.
- Maintain and update clinical programming systems and software across the assigned territory.
- Educate physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on products and solutions.
- Support onboarding and training of new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives.
- Partner with commercial teams to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback to sales teams to support customer engagement and sales objectives.
- Stay current on new products, technologies, and patient management solutions through continuous learning.
- Travel regularly to customer clinics, hospitals, and meetings while maintaining availability for territory needs, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High School Diploma with at least 8 years of experience in an electrophysiology (EP), cardiac catheterization lab, or cardiac device sales/service environment; or an Associate Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry, particularly cardiac rhythm management.
- Experience providing technical, clinical, or customer-facing support in healthcare environments.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and business applications such as CRM platforms.
- Ability to meet healthcare vendor credentialing requirements.
- Valid driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work in clinical environments with exposure to healthcare settings, infectious disease risks, and radiation.
- Competitive salary range of $85,000 – $115,000 USD depending on experience and location.
