NOP 483 - IT Helpdesk / Engineer

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure and services field.
• Knowledge of Windows and Windows server.
• Knowledge of hardware and software of computers (Lenovo).
• Knowledge of Networking (Switching & Routing).
• Knowledge of VMware (ESXI and vCenter)  
• Knowledge of server infrastructure (NAS \ Dell Servers) 
• Backup and restore solution management (Veeam) 
  • The Microsoft 365 administration.
  • The Barracuda email defense administration.
  • Be familiar with ticket system and ITIL process. 
  • Knowledge of DELL, Aruba, Sonicwall, Mereki Wi-Fi. 

Responsibilities

As IT helpdesk in ClearMotion US/UK, you will be responsible for: 

• Daily Helpdesk, Include Windows/Mac/Printers/Smart Phone etc. 
• Server administrator for Windows Server / SQL server.
• Daily Backup job verification (Veeam Backup & Replication) 
• Assist on-board and exit process with HR department. 
• Troubleshooting for network and Wi-Fi problem. 
• Assist global IT director with any other requirements and projects.
• The team cooperates with other departments.
