Accountabilities & related Activities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations for our Brazilian employees, including data entry, calculations, and processing of payroll in compliance with local laws and regulations.

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, including wage calculations, bonuses, commissions, and deductions, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Provide local payroll input to configure MyHR based on local requirements.

  • Stay updated on changes in Brazilian labor laws, tax regulations, social security contributions, and other payroll-related legislation to ensure compliance and implement necessary updates in payroll processes.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and the GBS epartments to ensure accurate employee data, smooth integration of systems, and effective resolution of payroll-related issues.

  •  Eventually Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, tax withholdings, and deductions, providing exceptional customer service and resolving concerns promptly.

  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity, identifying and rectifying discrepancies or errors promptly.

  • Generate payroll reports, including tax reports, benefits reports, and other relevant analytics, to support management decision-making and regulatory compliance.

  • Participate in the implementation of payroll system enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of payroll data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.

Expected Competencies

Education

Bachelor degree in Human Resources management or equivalent Business school degree.

 

Training or certification

Knowledge of Workday Solutions, Excel functions, Google G-Suite, Power BI
