What you will do
The Service Lead Coordinator is responsible for managing service reports received from global branches, updating records in the Install Base Portal, and identifying potential service and spare parts business opportunities.
How will you do it
· Receive and review service reports submitted by global branches via email.
· Upload and maintain service reports in the Install Base Portal.
· Analyze service reports to identify potential service, maintenance, retrofit, or spare parts opportunities.
· Coordinate and forward identified leads to the appropriate teams.
· Ensure accurate and timely documentation of service activities.
· Maintain data integrity and support internal reporting requirements.
What we look for
· Graduate in any discipline with 1–2 years of experience in a service coordination, customer support, or related role.
Required
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in using laptops, web portals, Microsoft Office applications, and other business systems.
· Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred
· Basic understanding of technical terminology used in service and maintenance reports.
· Experience working with service management systems, ERP platforms, or install base databases.
· Ability to identify commercial opportunities from service-related information.
