Our clients include multinationals and SMEs, governments, non-governmental organisations, supra-nationals, and non-governmental organisations.Job DescriptionDuties and responsibilities:· Travel to different regions to calibrate biomedical equipment in accordance with quality standards.· Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair complex biomedical equipment across multiple locations.· Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance of clinical equipment.· Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs promptly to minimize downtime.· Collaborate with healthcare professionals and technical staff to address equipment-related issues and provide technical support.· Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and calibration activities.· Stay updated on industry advancements, regulations, and best practices related to biomedical engineering.· Install, adjust, maintain, repair, or provide technical support for biomedical equipment.· Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment· Train clinicians and other personnel on the proper use of biomedical equipmentQualificationsQualification in Biomedical engineering/technologyCertified as a biomedical engineer from an accredited school or Diploma or associate degree in biomedical engineering or biomedical technology.Minimum of 5 years’ experience.Experience in multi-modality hospital-based employment.
