Accountabilities:
- Lead discovery and scoping sessions with clients and sales teams to capture complex HLS requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
- Design and architect CXA and CCaaS solutions, including integrations with EHR systems such as Epic and Cerner.
- Develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), including deliverables, timelines, pricing inputs, and implementation scope.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure solution feasibility and execution readiness.
- Drive technical influence in pre-sales cycles, helping shape proposals, deal strategy, and customer engagement approaches.
- Identify product gaps and contribute feedback to roadmap prioritization based on client needs and industry trends.
- Support continuous improvement of solution methodologies, architecture standards, and delivery processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
- 5+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Software/IT roles, with at least 3+ years in solution architecture or pre-sales.
- Proven experience integrating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, HITECH, and related regulatory standards.
- Experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise solutions and working with senior stakeholders (CXO, VP, Director level).
- Advanced analytical and financial thinking with the ability to assess trade-offs in architecture and solution design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
- Strong multitasking ability with experience managing multiple complex workstreams in fast-paced environments.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $136,000 to $204,000 OTE, with additional bonus and/or commission eligibility
