Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and React, ensuring high performance, scalability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Contribute to technical refinement, architecture discussions, peer reviews, and long-term roadmap planning with engineering leadership.
- Mentor and support fellow developers, helping elevate technical skills, best practices, and overall team performance.
- Provide constructive technical feedback in a collaborative, growth-oriented manner that strengthens team cohesion.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and adapt communication style depending on the audience.
- Maintain close coordination with distributed teams, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and priorities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in modern web application development.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Next.js and React.
- Solid understanding of how modern web frameworks and browser-based applications work.
- Experience working within structured software development teams and tool ecosystems.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
