Maintenance Manager

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance and reliability activities for our Linerboard Paper Mill in St. Francisville, LA. In this role, you'll drive equipment uptime, improve operational performance, ensure a safe work environment, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.

What You'll Do

• Champion a strong culture of safety and ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company standards.
• Lead preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance programs.
• Oversee maintenance of production equipment, facility systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mobile equipment, and grounds.
• Drive equipment reliability, asset life, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Manage the maintenance budget, contractors, parts inventory, and external service providers.
• Utilize CMMS tools to plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities.
• Coach, develop, and lead maintenance personnel while building a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Purchasing to support production goals and plant performance.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in paper, pulp, packaging, or heavy manufacturing.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, and facility maintenance.
• Experience managing budgets, contractors, and maintenance programs.
• Strong leadership, planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Preferred

• Experience working in a paper mill preferred
• Knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), predictive maintenance, and root cause analysis.
• CMRP certification or equivalent.
