At Johnson Controls, we help create smart, healthy and sustainable buildings. In this role, you will help grow demand for Controls solutions across the UAE from the specification stage, working closely with consultants, contractors, developers, end users and A&E partners.
What you will do
- Create demand for Controls solutions early in the project lifecycle and help position the right solution from the specification stage.
- Develop opportunities across key vertical markets and strategic customer segments.
- Build trusted relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, end users and A&E firms.
- Prepare and deliver technical seminars, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Work with R&D, Training, Product Management and Technical Support to support proposals, feedback and feature needs.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in approved systems.

What we look for
- Minimum 8 -10 years of sales or business development experience in BMS products.
- Experience with systems design is mandatory. Technical knowledge of Controls.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills, with well-developed communication skills, able to influence at all levels. Proven ability to secure product specifications from end users, consultants, and installers.
- Experience in strategic planning, marketing, and market research.
- High level prospecting skills. Capability to identify decision makers and stakeholders.
- Very proactive behavior. Work independently as a 100% individual contributor, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.
- A team-player mindset—success in this role requires cross-functional collaboration.
