Specifically, as an Engineering Storekeeper for Waldorf Astoria Maldives, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
To fully support the Company’s values and culture to ensure guest satisfaction.
To be fully familiar with the Waldorf Astoria Hotel and the Quality Assurance Audit and to follow these standards of service at all times.

To assist Engineering staff members in the correct principles / Engineering procedures associated with the construction / repair of building structures associated with the Hotel operation.
To be willing and responsible to perform any duties as designated by Management.
To report to work punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.
Effectively communicates with other Team Members including concessionaires and third parties.
Works closely with all departments of the resort to ensure a thoroughly enjoyable experience for the guests and a profitable hotel operation.

To assist the DOE / Chief Engineer / Maintenance Mangers in the management of Engineering team members.
To be fully conversant with all Occupational Health and Safety, Fire and Evacuation procedures.
Seeks to minimise costs through correct use and handling of hotel property and equipment.
To ensure that a record is kept of the maintenance requests as required by the Brand standard.
To work as per instructions: Verbal / written of the Assitence Maintenance Manager or Delegate.
To assist Engineering staff members in the correct principles / Engineering procedures associated with Purchasing process
As a Store keeper to ensure follow up .
1/ Materails receiving
Checking description / specifications & counting base on the invoices and purchase order
Checking production / expiration date
Shifting of Materials from jetty / receiving area to Mian eng store
2/ Materails stacking and Labelling
Stacking in the shelves in a organize manner
Labeling of all the materials based on SKU / Article assigned
First in First Out ( FIFO)
All bulk Materails stored outside must be covered / protected at all time
3/ Materials Issuance
Record all the issued materials as per the SKU / Articles and where it will be utilized
Miantain FCS report , records and update that system .
End of the day take a invenetory and maintain stock .
4/ Materials request
To ensure that all low – level items must be replanish on time
To ensure physical count has been undertaken prior to make request
5/ Inventory
To ensure the physical inventory is accurate and tally with The FCS
Submit inventory list on a weekly and monthly basis
6/ Power Tools
To ensure to record all the power tools serial numbers and to whom it was issued
To esnure the and proper maintenance of all the power tools
7/ Familiar with Compueter and software applications
- To ensure much familer with , FSC , excel , word and PPT
To assist the Chief Engineer/ Assistence Maintenance Manager in the day to day operation of the resort. Ensuring maintenance requested are completed in a timely manner that the purchasing requests for equipment items are submitted to the Chief Engineer / delegate in a timely manner, as not to disrupt the hotel operation.
To be responsible in adhering to the safety standards given in material safety data sheets and equipment specifications sheets.
To ensure all areas you are working in are left clean and tidy.
To assist the DOE/CE or delegate in any other task related matter that has an operational effect on the hotel operation.
Report and fill out maintenance requests concerning breakages and or defective plant and equipment.
To report any suspicious looking persons or packages that are delivered / dumped in the store and surrouning area area to the chief Engineer or his delegate.
To be willing and responsible to perform any duties as designated by Management.
To ensure take responsibility of assit to update some documents whenever absence of engineering Co ordinator in the department
Miantain of eseentail spare parts stock and request timely manner for maintain of asset .
