Activities may include, but are not limited to:Job DescriptionSupply Chain Manager Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, driving efficiency, Planning ,Demand & Inventory Management, cost reduction, and resilience across department of Inventory, purchase, ppc ,Outsourcing ,logistics, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with strategic vision to optimize our global supply network and ensure on-time delivery.Roles & Responsibilities,Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business goals and growth targetsLead S&OP for the India Site along with Demand Planning, Commercial ,Production.Developing robust Demand Planning with collaboration with sales and commercial team.Optimize stock levels, Material availability ,reduce carrying costs, and maintain inventory turns, inventory provision and target inventory no as per site target,Pre-production planning, Outsource order management and Service Lead time management, manage sourcing strategy, and ensure cost-effective purchasingOversee inbound/outbound logistics, 3PL relationships, and last-mile deliveryTrack KPIs for Supply Chain namely, Service Lead time and Performance, Inventory, Turns, provision, Purchase etc and present insights to senior leadershipManage and develop a team of supply chain across department and bring strong synergy across the team.Ensure adherence to trade regulations, customs requirements, and sustainability standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred8 to 10+ years experience with People management experience. APICS CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent supply chain certification strongly preferredSkilled in analyses ,Problem solving, ability to work in fast pace environment, Committed and Hard workingStrong ability to manage, coach and develop a diverse team of individuals performing a variety of tasks.Strong customer focus, communication, planning and coordination skills. Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, make decisions and take appropriate action.
