- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure timely completion of permit and scheduling requirements
Requirements:
- Customer service or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home services experience is a MUST with US-based clients/companies
