US: $120000 - $172000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits Learn more aboutbenefits at Google (https://www.google.com/about/careers/applications/benefits/) . **Responsibilities** + Product Operations and Change Execution: technical clarity - Provide the production control and logistics team with precise technical guidance on Product operations and engineering changes, ensuring engineering intent is accurately translated into executable workflows for the technicians to follow. + Requirement Translation: Lead the cross-functional coordination on translating technical requirements into actionable steps for OSPT and builds. + Business Process Optimization: system operationalization - Utilize Standardize MES workflows to promote efficiency in the process flows. + Material Coordination and Strategic Alignment: logistical oversight - Manage the logistical aspects of product movement, coordinate with Production Control and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow through thinning, dicing, and assembly; vendor engagement. + Data Analytics and Insights: Extract and synthesize MES, JMP to track real-time dashboards for OSPT Cycle Time (CT) and performance to commit.
