Accountabilities:
- Design, structure, and develop responsive web pages and user interfaces that support business objectives.
- Build UI enhancements and deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and speed.
- Maintain consistency across digital experiences, ensuring alignment with product and brand standards.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate services, troubleshoot issues, and deliver complete solutions.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer-facing portals and internal web applications.
- Apply strong product and technical judgment to solve complex challenges and improve workflows.
- Act as a technical contributor and thought partner, sharing knowledge and promoting engineering excellence.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and support solutions for customer needs.
- Take ownership of projects while working independently in a remote environment.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably within fintech or technology-driven environments.
- Strong professional experience with JavaScript.
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Solid understanding of front-end architecture, web development processes, and design principles.
- Familiarity with backend development concepts, preferably with experience using Go.
- Ability to understand and contribute across the full development lifecycle, from design through deployment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working with ambiguity.
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative, test ideas, and deliver results independently.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Experience with financial technology platforms, digital assets, banking infrastructure, payment solutions, or related industries is a plus.
