Accountabilities

    The AI Transformation Partner will own client engagements from strategy through execution, ensuring successful AI adoption while driving measurable business impact and long-term account growth.

    • Serve as the primary strategic partner for clients, owning relationships, engagement outcomes, delivery alignment, and overall customer success.
    • Partner with executive stakeholders to define AI transformation strategies aligned with business priorities, operational challenges, and measurable KPIs.
    • Translate executive objectives into actionable AI transformation roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and organizational readiness.
    • Lead client steering committees with senior leadership, facilitating alignment, decision-making, accountability, and progress tracking.
    • Coordinate internal delivery teams, including AI specialists and implementation resources, ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with client expectations.
    • Drive engagement momentum by managing multiple workstreams, tracking responsibilities, resolving blockers, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
    • Develop ROI frameworks and executive-level reporting that demonstrate the measurable business impact of AI initiatives.
    • Identify expansion opportunities within client accounts, build business cases, present value propositions, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
    • Maintain strong client advocacy by developing trusted relationships, generating success stories, and creating long-term partnerships.
    • Bring client insights back into internal teams to improve AI solutions, adoption strategies, training programs, and delivery methodologies.
    • Requirements

      The ideal candidate is a strategic business leader with experience managing executive relationships, leading transformation initiatives, and driving commercial outcomes in complex environments.

      • 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, management consulting, professional services, enterprise transformation, or related client-facing leadership roles.
      • Proven experience managing senior executive relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
      • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets in quota-carrying roles, including identifying expansion opportunities and closing strategic engagements.
      • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, teams, and competing priorities.
      • Ability to quickly understand business models, financial drivers, operational challenges, and strategic priorities to provide valuable recommendations.
      • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights, influence decisions, and build alignment.
      • Hands-on understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and practical business applications through personal or professional experience.
      • Experience advising organizations on AI strategy, transformation roadmaps, adoption, or implementation is highly preferred.
      • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
      • Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mentality, and ability to drive results independently.
