Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be accountable for engineering performance, technology strategy, and delivery across our product portfolio.This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise, driving the development of Industrial AI-powered enterprise solutions that deliver innovation, quality, and customer value at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and scale high-performing global engineering teamsDefine and execute the technology and architecture strategy aligned to business goalsDrive AI-native engineering practices to improve productivity, quality, and innovationOwn end-to-end delivery across performance, scalability, security, and operationsEmbed strong engineering standards, governance, and data-driven decision makingPartner closely with Product and leadership to deliver customer-focused outcomesAttract, develop, and retain world-class engineering talent  QualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForProven senior engineering leadership experience (VP/SVP level) in SaaS or enterprise environmentsStrong track record delivering cloud-native and AI-driven products at scaleDeep technical expertise with the ability to influence architecture and engineering practicesExperience leading large, global, distributed teamsStrategic, commercially aware, and execution-focused leaderPassion for AI-driven innovation and modern engineering practices15+ years in software engineering with at least 7 years in senior engineering leadership roles (CTO, VP/SVP Engineering, or equivalent). Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Demonstrated success in building and scaling cloud-native SaaS or AI-driven products. Desirable Experience in industrial, sustainability, or operational intelligence domains. Background in enterprise B2B platforms, cybersecurity, or complex integration ecosystems.  Additional InformationWhat We're...
