Accountabilities:

    The Account Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate account records, processing service updates, and supporting billing-related activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple requests while following established procedures.

    • Maintain and update customer account information, including service details, billing data, tax information, disposal site information, and related records.
    • Create and set up new accounts based on requests from internal teams and customer service cases.
    • Process account changes, including service modifications, suspensions, corrections, and pricing updates.
    • Enter billing adjustments and support urgent billing requests to ensure customer expectations are met.
    • Review and resolve account discrepancies while maintaining data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
    • Support audit-related corrections, special projects, and administrative initiatives as assigned.
    • Collaborate with accounting, finance, customer service, and operational teams to ensure effective account management.
    • Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of account maintenance workflows.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings experience in administrative, billing, or customer-supporting environments and demonstrates strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage high-volume workloads.

      • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clerical, administrative, billing, or related position.
      • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with customer-facing responsibilities.
      • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and complete tasks efficiently.
      • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow established processes, and meet deadlines.
      • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
      • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
      • Ability to work Arizona business hours during initial training and onboarding, with increased schedule flexibility afterward based on team needs.
