**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript or HTTP).
+ 10 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
+ Experience in technical leadership, including leading business transformation initiatives.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field.
+ Experience in an analytical role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
+ Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
+ Experience with cloud technologies such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments or cloud data engineering.
+ Experience using machine learning and building solutions.
+ Experience working with systems (e.g., Linux, Unix).

Within gTech Ads Solutions, the Ads Solutions Engineering (ASE) team leverages technology to build and scales advertising solutions to customers/agencies across industries and segments.Through technical implementation, optimization, and engineering solutions, we help customers/agencies achieve their business goals while building long-term tech and marketing capabilities.
In this role, you'll lead a group of engineers who develop technical solutions to meet our most complex customer needs and help the Google Ads Business unlock growth. You will collaborate with Sales, Product leads, and other cross-functional teams to deliver technical services for customers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Ireland: €186000 - €191000 (EUR) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
Poland: zł640000 - zł660000 (PLN) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

**Responsibilities**
+ Lead a team of Customer and Partner Solutions Engineers focusing on team culture, talent strategy, and skills development to deliver scaled technical solutions aligned to Google Ads Product priorities to customers globally.
+ Deliver the strategic vision for the organization, work with sales teams, product leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment with customer needs and coordinated execution for key priorities.
+ Provide thought leadership and develop new AI solution offerings for the team as aligned with organizational goals of product and enablement organizations to maximize output and impact.
+ Lead the change management on initiatives that drive greater automation, integration with AI and higher efficiency of complex, multifaceted workflows and processes, for both Google and our customers.
