Advanced Data Analyst - OTBI
As an Advanced Data Analyst at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leveraging data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions to support strategic HR and organizational decisions. You will analyze complex workforce and business data, uncover meaningful insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive performance, operational excellence, and employee-focused initiatives.
Your expertise in analytical thinking, logical problem-solving, and data storytelling will be instrumental in identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform decision-making at all levels of the organization. You will design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics solutions that provide visibility into key performance indicators and enable stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR leaders, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to understand organizational needs and deliver insights that support workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness.
You will also be expected to creatively implement innovative analytics approaches, automation solutions, and reporting frameworks that improve efficiency, data accessibility, and overall decision-making capabilities. By combining technical expertise with business acumen, you will help optimize HR processes, streamline reporting activities, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across HR systems and reporting platforms
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on workforce trends, talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, and performance
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and develop datadriven solutions
- Develop and implement data models and algorithms to support business decisionmaking
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay current on HR analytics trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the function
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data cleansing and validation processes
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with HR systems and data management.
- Proficiency with Oracle’s OTBI reporting tool
- Advanced English level
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
