The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising data governance solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting enterprise-wide data management strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft Purview capabilities, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and deliver robust solutions tailored to business requirements.What you’ll do Design and deploy Microsoft Purview solutions for data discovery, cataloguing, classification, and governance across diverse data estates;Lead technical workshops, provide guidance on best practices, and develop architectural documentation for Purview deployments;Configure and maintain Purview environments, ensuring seamless integration with Azure services and on-premises data sources;Monitor data compliance, conduct risk assessments, and implement remediation strategies in line with regulatory standards;Troubleshoot complex issues, resolve technical incidents, and provide expert support to internal stakeholders;Stay current with advancements in Microsoft Purview, Azure, and data governance technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Who you are Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;Proven, hands-on experience designing, implementing and operating enterprise Microsoft Purview capabilities in a large, complex environment;Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, data governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.);Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and analytical thinking;Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced technical environment;Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer, Azure Security Engineer) are highly desirable;Fluency in English.Not a perfect fit?
