Role responsibilities
The Sales Operations Specialist manages administrative and operational functions that support the leasing process, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of leasing documentation and resident files. This role supports the Leasing Consultant and property management team to achieve occupancy goals and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred. The candidate should have two to three years of experience in property management and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems.
