**Required Skills:**
Industrial Designer Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop category-defining products
2. Combine usability, aesthetics, and technical insight to solve complex problems
3. Navigate cross-functional teams in a complex environment
4. Conceive elegant, effective ways to address ergonomic and mechanical challenges
5. Contribute concepts and problem solving across one or more projects
**Minimum Qualifications:**

6. A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field
7. 10+ years of experience developing consumer electronics or wearable tech products
8. Demonstrated experience in communication, visualization, and problem solving skills
9. Fluid command of Rhino 3D, Solidworks, Creo or NX
10. Experience exploring and refining ideas through 2D visualization and physical prototyping
11. Experience in designing for mass production
12. Thrive in highly ambiguous situations
13. Own end-to-end design direction for a major product or subsystem from concept through MP (EVT/DVT/PVT)
14. Lead cross-functional tradeoffs across ergonomics, ME/EE constraints, cost, reliability, and manufacturability
15. Raise the team bar by mentoring designers and setting clear craft/quality standards

16. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

18. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
19. Experience designing Robots

$173,000/year to $245,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
