Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for broker-facing platforms, ensuring scalable, high-performance systems that support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Define and evolve core product experiences that improve broker productivity, engagement, and transaction success across the platform.
- Design and optimize incentive structures and operational models that align broker performance with company objectives and growth targets.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and data teams to translate business needs into clear, executable product requirements.
- Use data and experimentation to refine product decisions, improve system performance, and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Mentor and support other product managers, contributing to a strong culture of product excellence and strategic thinking.
- Solid experience as a Product Manager in technology companies, ideally in platform or marketplace environments
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience working with AI-based products or initiatives
