As part of our team, you’ll work in a dynamic and multicultural environment that embraces open communication, collaboration and teamwork.If you’re ready to take responsibility and shape the future of telco infrastructure with us, then let’s level up in your career and reach the top – together.Your Responsibilities Model Development & Prototyping: You develop, prototype, and operationalize machine learning and generative AI models, including feature engineering and designing GenAI applications (e.g., content summarization, intelligent document processing, and chatbot assistants).AI Pipeline & Lifecycle Automation: You build and automate end-to-end AI pipelines (MLOps/GenAIOps), managing the full lifecycle from model retraining and versioning to monitoring, performance optimization, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.Architecture & Team Integration: You collaborate closely with data engineers, architects, BI, and automation teams to align AI components with enterprise data architecture and operationalize insights across business platforms.Governance & responsible AI: You ensure all implementations strictly align with responsible AI guidelines, data privacy requirements, and IT security standards.Innovation & Standardization: You contribute to the standardization of reusable GenAI components, prompts, and evaluation techniques while monitoring industry trends to identify new opportunities.Storytelling & Business Insights: You translate complex AI outputs and models into actionable business value through compelling and clear storytelling.Your Profile Educational Background: Successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.Professional Experience: Solid professional experience building and deploying machine learning models, with hands-on experience utilizing cloud-based AI services in complex, distributed, and multinational enterprise organizations.Technical Skills:Required: Strong proficiency in Python and standard ML/GenAI libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, OpenAI SDK). Solid command of SQL (working with structured and semi-structured data) and experience developing LLM-based applications. Clear understanding of GenAI architectural patterns such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and embedding stores.Nice to have: Direct experience deploying AI workloads specifically on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) utilizing Vertex AI, AutoML, and BigQuery ML. Familiarity with APIs and tools for integrating GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications.Soft Skills: Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong drive to stay ahead of innovation trends. You possess excellent stakeholder communication skills, allowing you to explain AI/GenAI capabilities and limitations and to prioritize AI opportunities based on real business value and feasibility.Language Proficiency: Fluent English (C1 level), both written and spoken.At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries.
