As an Engineering Office Coordinator, you’re not just supporting seamless operation of the hotel's engineering department – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support for the Engineering office in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Handle correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and ensure prompt, professional communication with guests, owners, and corporate office
- Support safety and compliance: Report maintenance issues, hazards, or defective equipment, and ensure adherence to security protocols
- Assist with special projects: Provide administrative support for department initiatives and engineering-related projects
- Maintain a professional work environment: Keep personal and shared office areas clean, organized, and well-maintained
