Job Title : Massage Therapist/Masseuse

Work Location : Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center

Reporting To :  Director of SPA  

A Masseuse is responsible for providing professional treatments and services for guests, including but not limited to body and facial treatments, massages, home care advice and tour of the facilities. Maintaining safety and cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction regarding all areas of Spa services in accordance with company standards.

What will I be doing?

As a Masseuse, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Provide guests with accurate information about spa treatments, wellness packages, and the spa service menu. 
• Welcome and bid farewell to all guests and team members in accordance with brand standards, ensuring efficient and high-quality service from arrival to departure. 
• Attend all required Hilton training sessions and monthly departmental meetings. 
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the department. 
• Assist in other operational areas as requested. 
• Be fully knowledgeable about the hotel's current and upcoming services. 
• Accurately schedule and manage all massage reservations. 
• Accurately process billing and record-keeping for spa services and retail sales. 
• Continuously maintain high hygiene standards throughout the department. 
• Ensure guests receive courteous and efficient service from arrival through departure.

What are we looking for?

A Massage Therapist serving Hilton Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• At least 2 year experience in the spa or hospitality industry
• Experience in hospitality or customer service industry is required
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to effectively communicate with guests
• Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of customers or employees of organization
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
