Bist du ein Organisationstalent mit technischem Verständnis und Freude an vielseitigen Aufgaben? Dann werde Teil unseres dynamischen Teams in Zuchwil! Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere FM-Abteilung tatkräftig unterstützt und dabei jeden Tag neue Herausforderungen meistert.
Deine abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben
- Technische Unterstützung & Koordination: Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unserem FM-Techniker und unterstützt bei vielfältigen Aufgaben – von Möbelmontagen über das Einholen von Lieferantenofferten bis hin zum Erstellen von Permit-to-Work-Dokumentationen (PTW). Bei Bedarf springst du flexibel auch am Standort Selzach ein.
- Mailroom & Logistik: Du koordinierst Versände und Anlieferungen, sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe im Mailroom und behältst stets den Überblick über eingehende und ausgehende Sendungen.
- Administrative Tätigkeiten: Du übernimmst allgemeine Büroarbeiten, erstellst Excel-Listen, bereitest PowerPoint-Präsentationen vor und unterstützt das Team mit deiner organisatorischen Kompetenz.
Damit überzeugst du uns
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Praktisches technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Unterstützung an verschiedenen Standorten
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
- Teamfähigkeit und Freude an vielseitigen Aufgaben
- Führerschein Kategorie B von Vorteil
