Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the overall Senior Living segment strategy, including differentiated approaches for various operator models and customer groups.
- Own business unit performance, including revenue growth, profitability, operating expenses, pipeline health, and customer expansion goals.
- Manage the complete customer lifecycle, from acquisition and implementation through retention, growth, and long-term partnership development.
- Serve as the executive relationship owner for strategic customers and prospects, building credibility with senior-level stakeholders across the market.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, advisory boards, and customer forums to strengthen market presence and competitive positioning.
- Partner with executive leadership on annual planning, investments, resource allocation, and long-term business priorities.
- Lead customer-facing organizations, including Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support teams.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams while establishing clear accountability, performance standards, and career growth pathways.
- Drive go-to-market execution across Senior Living products and services, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy and customer needs.
- Provide matrix leadership across Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure roadmaps and campaigns support market priorities.
- Act as the primary customer advocate internally, translating market feedback into product improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Identify strategic partnerships, expansion opportunities, and potential inorganic growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and People teams to ensure effective operational execution and organizational alignment.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise software, healthcare technology, or related SaaS environments.
- At least 5 years of senior executive experience with direct P&L ownership and responsibility for business performance.
- Deep understanding of the Senior Living industry, including operator economics, care delivery models, regulatory considerations, and technology trends.
- Proven track record leading customer-facing organizations such as Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support.
- Experience scaling high-growth B2B software businesses with measurable success in revenue growth and customer retention.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and SaaS performance metrics.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executive-level customers and industry stakeholders.
