Senior Software Engineer - Python Architect

At the heart of the platform lies a flow builder that sequences agent tasks and integrates with systems like ERP, CRM, and HRIS; It offers a rich library of AI & ML patterns, includes built‑in guardrails to ensure data protection and governance, and supports deployments in cloud, on‑premise, or hybrid environments. **Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Python Architect** to guide our engineering team in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Python development, system design, and architecture, along with proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers. This role requires a balance of hands-on coding, architectural decision-making, and leadership to ensure our applications are efficient, secure, and aligned with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** - **Architecture & Design** - Define and maintain the technical architecture for Python-based applications. - Evaluate and recommend frameworks, tools, and technologies to ensure scalability and performance. - Create high-level and low-level design documents, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. - **Team Leadership** - Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Python developers. - Oversee code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards. - Manage task allocation, sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of features. - **Development & Implementation** - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code. - Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services. - Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and DevOps best practices. - **Collaboration** - Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end solutions. - **Quality & Security** - Ensure application security, performance optimization, and compliance with industry standards. - Monitor and resolve production issues with a focus on reliability and scalability. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - **3+ years of experience** in Python development, including frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. - Strong understanding of **system architecture, design patterns, and microservices** . - Hands-on experience with **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Proficiency in **databases** (SQL and NoSQL), caching, and message queues. - Knowledge of **DevOps tools** (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architectural trade-offs. - Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
