We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical individual to join our team and lead our in-app marketing and content operations. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our in-app campaigns - from planning and scheduling to technical execution and data analysis. Key Responsibilities

Content Scheduling & Management: Own, plan, and manage the in-app content and campaign calendar. Responsible for the actual uploading and scheduling of all materials and app notifications using our management systems

Technical Campaign Setup: Build and configure commercial campaigns, special offers, and ongoing tools within the app

Data & Performance Analysis: Monitor & analyze campaign performance, and use data driven insights to optimize future initiatives

Agency Collaboration: Work closely with our advertising agency to manage deliverables, brief creative teams, and ensure high quality visual and copy assets for the app

Ad-hoc Project Support: Support cross functional projects based on company needs (e.g., geographic expansion, localized city-specific campaigns, and special launches)

Support & Marketing Coordination: Brief the support team ahead of campaigns, provide guidelines for user inquiries, and remain highly responsive for real time troubleshooting

Job Requirements

App/e-Commerce/Retail Experience: Previous experience working within a consumer-facing app or the FMCG/Retail sectors - Mandatory

Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, reports, and evaluate campaign performance metrics

Attention to Detail: Flawless execution with a "pixel-perfect" approach when uploading content and setting up complex promotions

Multi tasking & Adaptability: Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, excel in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and offer high availability for real time troubleshooting

Problem-Solving & Service-Oriented: A proactive "get things done" attitude, creative problem solving skills, and excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders

High proficiency in English: Reading, writing, and speaking as a significant part of the work and systems are in English
