Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dialer to support a UK-based employer in a sales capacity. As a South African professional, you will be responsible for contacting dormant leads by phone to invite them to a paid event, meeting daily targets and contributing to the company's sales performance and ticket sales. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact dormant leads via phone to invite them to a paid event
  • Meet daily targets for sales performance and ticket sales
  • Use sales skills to persuade leads to purchase tickets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance to the team and management
  • Stay up-to-date with company promotions and product offerings

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 2 years' experience in sales
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Confidence using tools such as CRM software and phone systems
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous
  • Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
