Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dialer to support a UK-based employer in a sales capacity. As a South African professional, you will be responsible for contacting dormant leads by phone to invite them to a paid event, meeting daily targets and contributing to the company's sales performance and ticket sales. Key Responsibilities
- Contact dormant leads via phone to invite them to a paid event
- Meet daily targets for sales performance and ticket sales
- Use sales skills to persuade leads to purchase tickets
- Maintain accurate records of calls made and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide regular updates on sales performance to the team and management
- Stay up-to-date with company promotions and product offerings
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 years' experience in sales
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence using tools such as CRM software and phone systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous
- Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
