Accountabilities

    In this role, you will be responsible for producing and executing a wide range of marketing design assets while ensuring consistency with brand standards and campaign objectives. You will collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to support ongoing initiatives and help maintain a strong visual presence across all channels.

    • Create and execute high-quality marketing assets across email, social media, paid ads, landing pages, blogs, and partner materials
    • Build and maintain reusable design templates and asset libraries to support scalable campaign execution
    • Adapt and apply brand guidelines consistently across multiple formats and digital touchpoints
    • Collaborate with marketing managers and cross-functional teams to translate campaign needs into effective visual outputs
    • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Maintain organized design files and ensure assets are easily accessible for team use
    • Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output
    • Requirements

      The ideal candidate has early professional experience in brand or marketing design and a strong foundation in digital design principles. You are comfortable working independently, receptive to feedback, and motivated by delivering high-volume, high-quality creative work.

      • 1–2 years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design roles
      • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art, or a related field
      • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing design work (email, social, and campaign assets)
      • Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
      • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color for digital formats
      • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment
      • Curiosity about emerging creative tools and AI-assisted design workflows
      • Bonus: Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo) or basic HTML/CSS
      • Bonus: Experience with motion design, animation, or basic video editing

        • Competitive salary range of $70,000–$80,000 depending on experience
