Your Mission

As a Content Apprentice, your mission is to support our content team in ensuring members have a seamless and trustworthy experience. During this 1-year alternance, you will play a key role in handling daily operational and manual tasks, while actively helping us integrate and test new AI workflows to optimise our processes. You will report to our Senior Content Manager and work within our collaborative Community Relations Content team, gaining hands-on experience in modern content operations.

Your responsibilities 

  • Content Localisation & Maintenance: Help maintain our help center content across multiple languages by executing formatting, manual updates, and using AI-driven localisation workflows.

  • AI Tool Implementation: Actively test, deploy, and monitor AI agents and automated workflows to streamline daily content tasks and eliminate repetitive manual work.

  • Project Assistance: Support Content Specialists on end-to-end projects, taking ownership of execution steps, data entry, and stakeholder delivery.

  • Documentation & Asset Management: Keep our internal guidelines, prompt libraries, and process documentation up to date as our workflows evolve.

Your qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a Degree/Master’s degree in Communications, Linguistics, Translation, Digital Business, or a related field (eligible for a 1-year contrat d’apprentissage or de professionnalisation). Must be in person in France (no online or abroad schools). 

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in other languages is a plus.

  • A tech-savvy mindset and a genuine passion for AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, etc.), with a curiosity for building and testing AI agents.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling repetitive operational tasks with rigor.

  • Resourceful, agile, and quick to learn new software, tools, and changing digital environments.

  • A strong team player with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.

  • Nice to have: Previous internship or project experience in content writing, translation, or digital operations.
