Growth Engine Support: You support the Growth team in building and operating the engine behind the go-to-market strategy, contributing to demand generation, deal progression, and the preparation of high-quality materials for senior customer engagements.
Sales Enablement: You support the delivery of growth initiatives by preparing sales materials and helping opportunities move smoothly through the funnel.
Sales Operations: You help maintain CRM and ERP systems, keeping customer and opportunity data up to date while supporting the team with accurate pipeline and order information.
Events & Engagements: You assist in the planning and execution of customer events, climate conferences, and senior stakeholder engagements.
Customer Success: You support the preparation of materials, documentation, and customer-facing updates for contracted carbon removal deliveries.
Commercial Readiness: You contribute to RFP responses, presentations, customer portal activations, and communication campaigns by preparing inputs, coordinating details, and ensuring materials are ready on time.
Market Intelligence: You research carbon market trends, corporate procurement patterns, competitor activity, and customer insights to help inform commercial priorities.
Cross-functional Coordination: You support the handling of inbound sales requests and coordinate with Legal, Finance, and other teams on contracts, NDAs, invoices, and customer-related follow-ups.
Education & Career Aspirations: You are currently pursuing or have recently (within the past year) completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sustainability, business, or a related field, and are eager to develop your skills in sales and commercial areas.
Commercial Awareness: You possess a solid understanding of commercial dynamics, including contracts, business cases, event management, and corporate decision-making processes.
Climate Action & Sustainability: You have a strong interest in climate action and sustainability, ideally complemented by prior exposure to carbon markets or related initiatives.
Technical Proficiency: You are tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, and you demonstrate strong presentation skills.
Analytical Skills: You are analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Work Ethic & Mindset: You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Communication Skills: You are a strong communicator in English; proficiency in German or additional languages is considered a plus.

What we offer:
At Climeworks, our six-month internships offer a hybrid work setup, giving you flexibility while ensuring valuable collaboration by working onsite at least three days per week. To maintain fairness, we follow a standardized salary process based on market benchmarks. For our internships based in Switzerland, the compensation is:
During BSc & MSc: CHF 2,000 per month
After completion of MSc: CHF 2,500 per month
