Accountabilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and internal tools using Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, or equivalent technologies.
• Contribute to the development of core product features and shared platform components that support fintech products and services.
• Participate in architectural decisions across application design, infrastructure, DevOps, security, and system reliability.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, cloud infrastructure, observability, and production operations.
• Work within cloud environments such as Azure, supporting secure and compliant software delivery practices in regulated contexts.
• Collaborate on code reviews, release planning, and production support while helping elevate engineering standards.
• Support mentorship and knowledge sharing to improve team performance and engineering maturity.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including strong exposure to backend systems, DevOps, and production operations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, or comparable backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, backend architecture, and scalable software development.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation in production environments.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strong ownership, autonomy, and problem-solving mindset.
