Accountabilities:

    • Conduct deep-dive assessments of enterprise healthcare organizations, analyzing clinical workflows, revenue cycle performance, scheduling efficiency, and operational KPIs.
    • Identify operational gaps, revenue leakage, and growth opportunities across multi-site therapy organizations.
    • Develop ROI models and business cases quantifying financial impact, including reimbursement improvements, productivity gains, and cost reductions.
    • Design end-to-end enterprise solution architectures aligned with customer workflows, operational goals, and growth strategies.
    • Lead discovery workshops and executive-level presentations translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and CIOs.
    • Partner with sales, product, and services teams to support enterprise opportunities and influence solution design.
    • Provide feedback on product strategy and market needs based on enterprise customer engagements.
    • Stay current on healthcare industry trends, reimbursement models, and regulatory changes impacting therapy organizations.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
      • 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare consulting, operations, or enterprise solution architecture.
      • Strong understanding of therapy practice operations, revenue cycle management, and healthcare financial metrics.
      • Proven ability to build ROI models, financial analyses, and executive-level business cases.
      • Experience engaging and presenting to executive and C-suite stakeholders.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
      • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with a consultative mindset.
      • Experience with EHR, RCM, or healthcare SaaS platforms is highly desirable.
      • Familiarity with multi-site healthcare organizations and outpatient therapy settings is a plus.
      • MBA or MHA preferred but not required.
