Accountabilities:
- Own product strategy and roadmap execution for a portfolio of identity security technologies and managed security services.
- Define product direction across new capabilities, integrations, service offerings, and long-term portfolio growth opportunities.
- Lead the development of security solutions and managed service offerings for regulated and public sector customers, including compliance-driven initiatives.
- Manage strategic technology partnerships by developing joint roadmaps, integration strategies, and collaborative delivery models.
- Support identity security product lines, ensuring consistency across releases, customer experiences, and portfolio initiatives.
- Translate customer insights, competitive intelligence, market trends, and analyst feedback into prioritized product investments.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality teams within Agile development environments by defining requirements, managing backlogs, and supporting release execution.
- Partner with sales, marketing, professional services, and customer success teams on product positioning, pricing, enablement, and customer adoption strategies.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from initial concept through launch, optimization, and end-of-life planning.
- Drive strategic decision-making by balancing customer needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and market opportunities.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within cybersecurity, identity security, endpoint security, or related infrastructure technology markets.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and enterprise identity environments.
- Experience managing or developing managed security services, MDR offerings, incident response services, or similar technology-enabled services.
- Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, StateRAMP, or related security authorization processes; direct FedRAMP experience is highly preferred.
- Experience managing strategic technology partnerships, including OEM, reseller, ecosystem, or integration relationships.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK, and ISO 27001.
- Proven experience launching and managing cybersecurity products, including roadmap planning, pricing, packaging, and market engagement.
- Strong ability to collaborate with engineering teams, customers, sales organizations, and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information security, or a related technical field preferred.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or identity/security vendor certifications are a plus.
