Montreal, QC | In-office, 5 days/week

 

The Role

You will own the inbound qualification motion for Montreal, converting warm interest into booked meetings for our Account Executive team before momentum drops.

  • Qualify approximately 60 inbound leads daily from website, marketing, and partner channels, moving prospects from interested to meeting-ready with speed and precision

  • Respond to new inbound leads quickly and ask the right questions to understand each prospect's situation before routing them to the right AE

  • Keep your pipeline clean in Salesforce and follow up on every open thread without being prompted

  • Partner with Marketing and AEs to surface patterns in lead quality and help sharpen inbound lead scoring over time

At 6 months, success looks like consistent SQL attainment above 90% and a clear read on which inbound signals convert. At 12 months, the best SDRs on this team are on a path to a closing role.

You Have

  • Experience in a fast-paced, people-facing role so that’s inside sales, customer success, hospitality, retail, or anything that built your ability to qualify quickly and communicate clearly

  • Strong listening skills: inbound is about understanding what a lead actually needs, not moving them through a script

  • Clear, polished written and verbal communication in English

  • Demonstrated follow-through: you own your numbers without being reminded

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice to have: experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Nooks; prior B2B or SaaS sales experience
